|Recommended: YesGreat place, horrible details. — Walls are way too thin for comfortable living and when people jump upstairs, literal ceiling dust falls. Everything else is great though.

|Recommended: YesI love Flaghship — Flagship Kern's is one of the absolute best places to live in Knoxville. I have never encountered an issue that wasn't fixed within a matter of a single business week. The leasing staff is very friendly and maintenance is always on his job My only issue is with parking. Come back too late, and you'll have to park in the overflow lot. I don't complain and I'm not upset, because we do not pay for parking and the walk is not bad at all. I highly recommend Flagship

|Recommended: YesLoving it so far — The staff is so friendly and helpful which has made the entire moving process so easy The only con is there have been a few minor construction issues within our unit however, they have been quickly resolved. The views from this apartment complex cannot be beat. The finished development of Kerns Bakery will only elevate it further. Looking forward to our time here at Flagship

|Recommended: YesRooms were not well cleaned or checked — Was told couldn’t move in before august 13th due to “cleaning and inspections” turnover but rooms were not cleaned at all and lots of issues when inspecting closer.

|Recommended: YesPost Move In Review — Overall I love my apartment space and am excited to live here. My only complaints thus far are the lack of parking in the evenings and my apartment being really gross and dirty when I walked in for the first time. The whole thing was coated in cat hair, pubes, and fairy hair. In addition the shower was not clean and had dried up gunk in it. Also, the air vents do not seem up to date filter replacement , there is so much clumped up dust and cat hair that flys out of them. Definitely not what I expected when they said the apartment was going to be clean. That being said, once I spent a few hours deep cleaning and washing everything the space is great.
